At ZAINA & Co, all of our embroidery products are made to order with care. This policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and customer responsibilities.
Processing Time
Each order is crafted individually. Processing time varies based on order volume and restock schedules.
✅ Processing Time:
1–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and another notification when it has shipped. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship orders only within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Carriers and Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the size of the package.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit time may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, carrier disruptions, peak holiday seasons).
Delivery Confirmation
Orders marked as “Delivered” by USPS or UPS will be considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and replacements. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address. ZAINA & Co is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery:

We will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping fees will apply for resending the package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we have made an error with your order.
