When will my order ship?

All orders are made to order. Our standard processing time is 1–7 business days.
Please note:

• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

• Orders with multiple items may take longer to complete.

• During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Because production begins quickly, we are not able to change, cancel, or modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before confirming your purchase.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to:

• Hawaii

• Alaska

• U.S. territories

• International destinations

How long will shipping take?

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

• Contiguous U.S.: 3–10 business days via USPS or UPS

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method. You can choose between USPS and UPS.

My package says it was delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. We recommend:

• Waiting 1–2 business days to see if it arrives

• Checking with neighbors or household members

• Contacting your local USPS or UPS office with your tracking number

ZAINA & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. For further assistance, please contact the carrier directly.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

If your package is returned to us, we will reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply. Please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Are your products made to order?

Yes, all of our embroidered apparel is custom made to order, which allows us to produce unique pieces just for you.

What is made to order?

Made to order means the item is not produced until you place your order.

In other words:

• The product doesn’t sit in a warehouse ready to ship.

• Once you order, production begins (e.g., cutting, embroidery, sewing).

• This process often takes a few extra days because each piece is custom crafted specifically for you.

Benefits of made to order:
✨ Less waste and overproduction
✨ Often more unique and customizable
✨ Fresher inventory

Example for your brand:
When someone buys an embroidered sweatshirt from ZAINA & Co, you start making it after their order is confirmed, so it’s made just for them.

How should I care for my embroidered clothing?

To keep your items looking their best:

• Machine wash cold with like colors

• Turn garments inside out before washing

• Do not use bleach or fabric softener

• Tumble dry low or hang to dry

Do you offer custom designs?

At this time, we are not accepting custom orders. You can join our email list or follow us on Instagram for any updates about custom order availability.

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Ordering the wrong size or color

• Change of mind

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
