By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Final Sale Policy

All orders are custom made to order based on your selections. As such:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design

  • Failure to review product descriptions or order details

  • Delays caused by carriers

Please read product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering.


Eligibility for Returns

We will only accept a return or exchange if your item arrives incorrect (wrong size, color, or design from what you ordered)

To qualify for a return or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date

  • Provide your order number and clear photographs showing the problem

  • Return the item unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Any item not in its original condition (e.g., used, washed, or damaged by the customer)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Shipping charges, unless due to our error


How to Request a Return or Replacement

If your order is incorrect, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us Promptly:
Email us at zaina.relations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

2️⃣ Include the Following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the incorrect item

3️⃣ Await Our Response:
We will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm if your return or replacement is approved.

4️⃣ Return Authorization:
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.


Exchanges

Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved for a incorrect item:

  • A replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost

  • If you prefer, you may request a refund instead of a replacement


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

Please note:
Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order.

✅ If you need to correct your address:

  • Contact us immediately after ordering

  • We will do our best to update your order before production begins

❌ We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Costs

  • If your item is approved for return due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If your item is returned for any other reason not covered by this policy, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
